De Mensen · Executive Coaching

Leadership begins inside.

For leaders who have already learned how to do more. The work now is becoming more.
Confidential 1:1 and team coaching in English, French, and Dutch.

You already know what to do.

The hard part is finding the clarity to do it — when the stakes are personal, the politics are real, and nobody around the table can afford to be fully honest.

We hold that space.

Danielle Out Perego
The coach

I'm Danielle.

Twenty years inside multinational matrix organisations — HR, Talent, DEI — taught me that the rational mind has a ceiling. Beyond it, leaders need a different kind of work.

I am ICF PCC and Co-Active CPCC. I integrate presence (Janni), vertical development (Garvey Berger), psychological safety (Edmondson), and the Pesch thesis: more awareness, more choices, real transformation.

I coach in English, French, and Dutch. Geneva, Lausanne, Suisse Romande, and remote across Europe and the Middle East.

The four pillars

Inside-Out leadership

Four traditions, integrated into a single practice. Empirical rigour. Developmental depth. Somatic grounding. Coherent across the individual, the team, and the system.

01 — Presence

The body knows first

Somatic awareness is not soft. It is the leading indicator the rational mind is still catching up to. The work begins by widening what you can sense before you decide.

02 — Vertical Development

Beyond more skill

High performers do not stall for lack of competence. They stall when the level of complexity outgrows the structure of mind they are using to meet it. Coaching grows the structure.

After Jennifer Garvey Berger
03 — Psychological Safety

Teams that say what they mean

Edmondson's research on the highest-performing teams is unambiguous: they are not the smartest, the most aligned, or the most disciplined. They are the safest. We build that safety into the system, not the rhetoric.

After Amy Edmondson
04 — Real Transformation

More awareness, more choices

The Pesch thesis: lasting change is not behavioural compliance. It is the steady expansion of what a leader can perceive, feel, and choose — under load, in real time, with stakes.
